We keep it simple. If you don't love your purchase we'll take it back.

Please include a short note explaining the reason for return (example: ring too small).
Returns are accepted within 30-days of receiving your purchase. Returns must be in original condition.
Returns / Size Issues:
We are unable to send out an exchange for a different size. You can return the item for 100% refund of original price and then order the correct size from Bladz.com.
Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all returns because of size issues. This policy does not apply to damaged, poor quality or incorrect items received issues.
Returns / Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged, poor quality or the wrong item we will send you out a replacement once we receive a picture of the item.
There is no need to ship back damaged products. Just send us an email (support@bladz.com) with a picture of the damaged product along with your order number and we will issue a complete refund including original shipping charges.
